?Mayor Michael Bloomberg of NYC has made comments recently complaining about guns coming from other states to NYC, saying
“ Let me close by saying: this is not about the Second Amendment. Our Founding Fathers did not write the Second Amendment to empower people who wanted to terrorize a free state; they wrote it to protect people who could defend ‘the security of a free state.’ Today, the security of our free state is being tested by terrorists."
“I urge you to take common sense steps to strengthen law enforcement – including closing the terror gap – and to protect the American people from more attacks.”
Well sir you have criminals terrorizing you free citizenry and those citizens are forbidden by your progressive mind set from defending themselves with their God given right to defend themselves with the weapon of their choice. The best example of this is the Sullivan Act named after its chief legislative sponsor, notoriously corrupt state senator Timothy Sullivan, the act dates to 1911 and of course is still in force. The Sullivan Act requires licenses for New Yorkers to possess firearms small enough to be concealed, and you get these licenses from the local police of your area who have discretion to issue a concealed carry license. Now where this act gets controversial is in the
fact it’s a May Issue act not a Shall Issue act, in other words even if you pass muster they can still refuse to issue a license to you. Look at the number of law-abiding citizens who have been able to get a license in NYC only about 30,000 private non-law enforcement licenses exist out of almost 8 million residents, but wait it gets even better of those 30,000 most are held by retired law enforcement personnel, leaving close to 8,000 in the hands of citizens and taxpayers. And of those citizens and taxpayers the list reads as a list of the top of NYC people like Senator Charles Schumer, Don Imus, Harvey Keitel, Ronald Lauder, Howard Stern, Donald Trump, William F.Buckley Jr., Joan Rivers, and Robert DeNiro are just a short list of license holders past andpresent.

Mayor Bloomberg you talk about our Founding Fathers intentions, what they wanted was for people to have equal treatment not to have access to their God given rights by political favor, if you want to empower the people of NYC you will revise the Sullivan Act into a Shall Issue act that will force the police to issue these licenses to the law-abiding citizens of your fine city as common sense would dictate.
Otherwise you are just another one of the politicians who the people should through out, as Ray Stevens new song says “Throw the Bums Out!” the only thing your interested in is your own power.

A few months ago I watched an interview Bill O'Reilly did with Steward Rhodes, founder of the Oathkeepers, see the 1st video below, and became annoyed with O'Reilly as seems to be a pattern in the last year. O'Reilly doesn't seem to realize just how dangerous his attitude, the people they were disarming were the LAW-ABIDING citizens NOT the thugs running around acting like warlords in a third world country. I just don't get O'Reilly when Katrina first happened he claimed to have a revelation how gun liberal control and regulations don't work, but now its alright, those thugs were/are predators we all know or have repeated the joke to a gun control person "Put up a big Gun Free zone sign for all to see at your home, and see what happens." See the video below from the 1/2 Hour News Hour on how liberals think it works.

So why am I doing this now after Glenn Beck showed the video clip of the old woman in New Orleans was roughed up to take her gun, I decided to find that clip, but I found something even better or worse depending on one's point of view, on more of the people the authorities took legal guns from not caring about their rights. It brings to mind a common defense during the Nuremberg Trials "I was only fallowing orders" that 'defense' has been declared illegitimate as a defense to crimes committed by civilian and military personnel when ordered to by their leaders.

So if Obama was to use the current incident to order the confiscation of guns from the public, which would clearly be unconstitutional, when the Supreme Court declared it so all individuals who participated in that action would be vulnerable to civil and criminal penalties.

Also Bill O'Reilly a few weeks ago on Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin and another soldier with a facebook page supporting the Tea Party basically said that soldiers should just follow your orders and don't question them. So again I am left asking Bill O'Reilly a question he will never answer, All the Oathkeepers are saying is they will not follow unconstitutional orders, so why do you want them to follow unconstitutional orders if they are given them. Unfortunately Bill O'Reilly won't answer my question.

With this one I am starting to think it might be coming true. This clips from the 1/2 Hour News Hour is one of my favorites, its sad that that series was ended due to the overly critical response from the left in the media. Just goes to prove they can't take what they are always dishing out.

This is just a first draft I have a few more things to add, but I want to see what others think.

There is a dirty secret when it comes to Nuclear Power that the political class is hiding from you, they have been suppressing superior technology and nuclear power plant designs.
First I want to cover some basics for the general public, first a nuclear power plant produces power from steam, basically it’s a steam engine, the standard reactor produces power by converting water to steam to run the power generators. There are two types of these reactors the Pressurized Water Reactor and the Boiling Water Reactor the two methods run on a similar principle of steam power except the Pressurized Reactor keeps water under pressure so that it heats, but does not boil, water from the reactor and the water in the steam generator that is turned into steam never mix, and the Boiling Reactor actually boils the water, and is converted to steam, and then recycled back into water by a part called the condenser, to be used again (I have included diagrams of both reactor courtesy of the federal government), this is where the dirty secret comes in to play the approximated fuel efficiency of a water cooled reactor is less than 1%, yes that’s right less then 1%, if this was a car, truck, or SUV they would be demanding they improve that rating. But they don’t, first they have no love for any kind nuclear technology, especially the left.

Now I am going to tell you about the greatest nuclear reactor technology that we might have today, if the left hadn’t killed it. It’s called the Integral Fast Reactor, IFR for short, and it has a fuel efficiency of 99%, the secret to this efficiency it used liquid sodium as a coolant. Why is that important? If you were to think of the fuel of a nuclear reactor as made up of sugar and run water through it you get the idea, the water depletes the fuel at an accelerated rate, while liquid
sodium doesn’t. Now any one who’s taken highschool chemistry knows what happens when
sodium comes in contact with water, an explosive reaction, I will go into more detail about that later in this article. Now there are several benefits of cooling a reactor with liquid sodium, the traditional water-cooled reactors the core must be maintained at a high pressure to keep the water liquid at high temperatures, while in contrast, the IFR has a liquid metal cooled reactor, the core could operate at close to ambient pressure, dramatically reducing the danger of a loss of coolant
accident. The entire reactor core, heat exchangers and primary cooling pumps are immersed in a pool of liquid sodium, making a loss of primary coolant extremely unlikely, and the coolant loops are also designed to allow for cooling through natural convection, meaning that in the case of a power loss or unexpected reactor shutdown, the heat from the reactor core would be sufficient to keep the coolant circulating even if the primary cooling pumps were to fail, this is what caused the Chernobyl disaster.
Now the primary safety disadvantage of using liquid sodium as coolant comes from sodium's chemical reactivity, liquid sodium is extremely flammable and ignites spontaneously on contact with air or water. Leaking sodium pipes could give rise to sodium fires, or explosions if the leaked sodium comes into contact with water, in order to reduce the risk of explosions following a leak of water from the steam turbines, the IFR, had an extra intermediate coolant loop between the reactor and the turbines. The purpose of this loop was to ensure that any explosion following accidental mixing of sodium and turbine water would be limited to the secondary heat exchanger and not pose a risk to the reactor. The requirement of such an extra
loop significantly adds to the cost of the reactor, but the cost can be made up in other ways, for example the current controversy you may have heard of is the storing of nuclear waste at Yucca Mountain, well the IFR reactor produces much less waste than current water cooled reactors, and can even consume the waste of water cooled reactors as fuel. Now the waste products of IFR reactors either have a short halflife, this means that it quickly "burns out" and ends up relatively
safe, or a long halflife, which means that they are unlikely to emit a significant amount of protons except from very large quantities. The volume of highly-radioactive waste is 1/20th the volume as compared to a water cooled plant of the same size. The high level waste from reprocessing is highly radioactive for only 400 years instead of 10,000 years. One more by product of this kind of reactor is sodium-24, it is highly radioactive and decays to form magnesium-24, now it’s half-
life is only 15 hours, so its not a long term hazard, indeed it has medical applications, either way it requires the use of the in termediat coolant loop between the reactor and the turbines.
Also according to the inventor Charles Till of the IFR, no radioactivity will be released under any circumstance, under even very, very unlikely circumstances which would lead to a mess in other reactors, the IFR will not even incur damage.
Now this is the story of how the politicians stopped this technology, the original research on the IFR began in 1984 with the Experimental Breeder Reactor-II, or EBR-II for short, after the election of Bill Clinton in 1992 and the appointment of Hazel O'Leary as the Secretary of Energy, there was pressure from the top to cancel the IFR. Sen. John Kerry (D, MA) and O'Leary led the opposition to the reactor, arguing that it would be a threat to non-proliferation efforts, this isn't
true the IFR fuel cycle has some design features that make proliferation more difficult. Eventualy funding for the reactor was slashed, and it was ultimately canceled in 1994 by S.Amdt. 2127 to H.R. 4506. There is so much more I could go into on this subject but I think I have made my point.

I wanted to add some additional thoughts on my article Closing Guantánamo & the possibility of a Jail Break. When I wrote it I only included recent escapes, not possible escapes from fiction, or something I should have included in the first article, the escape from Alcatraz.
On June 11, 1962 Frank Morris, John Anglin and Clarence Anglin successfully carried out one of the most intricate escapes ever devised. While today many believe they died, the truth may never be fully known, but one episode of the MythBusters titled ‘Alcatraz Escape’ proved not only they could have done it but just how clever the three may have been.
Now just because they call a prison SuperMax doesn’t mean that someone could not escape. Let me create a wild tale, terrorist supporters put together their own little assault team to brake out the terrorists, it wouldn’t be hard for them to get the weapons and equipment they would need in the black market, and if their leader was cleaver no one would know any thing until there is a news alert about the assault on the prison. The left is treating the terrorists as if they are the three stooges, this will be a fatal mistake.

Closing Guantánamo & the possibility of a Jail Break

With the Left, Democrats, and Obama about to close down Guantánamo and moving the Terrorists held there to the main land and into the civil court and prison system, I want to bring a very concerning scenario that keeps going through my head.

What Obama and the Democrats are about to do, there is a very real danger of bringing a large number of Terrorists to the US, considering what the left believes criminals are initialed to, the risk of the terrorists escaping from a US jail or prison is very high at least 50% in my opinion.

The first thing I want to bring to your attention before my scenario, is several recent high profile jail and prison escapes, my main exhibits of my point are;

• The escape of Brian Nichols on March 11, 2005, Nichols was on trial for rape when he escaped from custody and murdered the judge presiding over his trial, a court reporter, a Sheriff's Deputy and later a Federal agent. A huge manhunt was launched in metro Atlanta and Nichols was taken into custody 26 hours later. The prosecution charged him with committing 54 crimes during the escape and he was found guilty on all counts on November 7, 2008.

• The escape of eight inmates charged with violent crimes escaped from the Curry County Adult Detention Center in Clovis, New Mexico on August 24, 2008. The eight men escaped by climbing prison pipes in a narrow space inside a wall, then using homemade instruments to cut a hole in the roof. The jailbreak was featured on a September 6 episode of America's Most Wanted. Four inmates remain at large as of mid-September, including a convicted killer and a man charged with murder.

• On December 15, 2007 inmates Jose Espinosa and Otis Blunt escaped from the high-security level of the Union County jail in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Espinosa was awaiting sentencing on an aggravated manslaughter charge, while Blunt was being held in lieu of bond on robbery and weapons charges. They escaped by scraping away the mortar around the cinder blocks making up the cell walls. They then smashed the block, hid the pieces in a footlocker and covered the holes with pin-up pictures. To delay knowledge of the escape, they made dummies out of sheets and pillowcases and left them in their beds. Espinosa was recaptured on Tuesday, January 8, 2008. Blunt was recaptured the following day Wednesday, January 9, 2008 in Mexico City, Mexico.

• Richard Lee McNair has escaped from custody three times, including from a federal maximum-security prison in April 2006. He was recaptured by the RCMP on October 25, 2007 in Campbellton, New Brunswick, when he was stopped while driving a stolen vehicle.

• Ralph "Bucky" Phillips. Who escaped from prison on April 2, 2006, in New York, by cutting through the ceiling in the kitchen with a can opener, on June 10 he was suspected of a shooting which ended with two troopers dead. Bucky was later caught in Warren County, Pennsylvania, on September 8, 2006, his escape led police on the largest manhunt in New York state history.

• On November 4, 2005, Texas Death Row Inmate Charles Victor Thompson escaped from the Harris County Jail by acquiring a set of street clothes and pretending to be a representative from the State Attorney General's office to fool the corrections officers. He was recaptured two days later in Shreveport, Louisiana, 200 miles from where he escaped.

• In 1999, Leslie Dale Martin and three other inmates on Louisiana's death row escaped from their cells at the Louisiana State Peniteniary. They were caught within hours before they even managed to escape prison grounds. The four men had managed the escape with the use of hacksaws that had been smuggled in for them by a bribed corrections officer. Other corrections officers were inattentive to the inmates' two to three week efforts at cutting their cell doors and window. After the escape, two corrections officers were fired and two others were demoted. Martin was later overheard by two corrections officers plotting another escape, which included taking hostages and commandeering a vehicle to ram the prison's front gates. Martin was immediately moved to the holding cell outside the Death Chamber, a month before his execution in 2002.

• And my favorite example for ingenuity, on New Year's Eve 2007 Shannon Ray and Humberto Fortanelli escaped from the Arkansas facility with the help of DENTAL FLOSS.

The following is from the AMW website, Shannon Ray told AMW's Michelle Sigona he spent the entire month of December 2007 preparing for his great escape, and his plan included a lot of dental floss. Ray says he heard dental floss could cut through things, so he started playing with it, and that's when he figured out he could saw his way to freedom.

Ray says it only took him a few days to saw through the bar on his window with dental floss, and once he weakened the bar enough, he was able to kick it completely free.

From that point, Ray tells AMW that he started working his way through the bulletproof glass. Ray melted the top portion of the glass with a lighter, and once he ran out of fluid, Ray began to dig his way through the window. Ray says he found a piece of metal from a fence in the yard, and used that as a tool to aide his efforts.

At night, after the inmates went to sleep, Ray would cover up his window with posters and pictures, and would use toothpaste to hold the bar back in place. His idea threw all the guards off; they just thought he didn't want any sunlight to come in his cell.

On New Year's Eve 2007, once the sun went down, cops say Ray and Fortanelli slid out the window and scaled over two eight-foot tall, double razor-wired fences, and escaped to a waiting getaway car.

Ray was originally being held for Aggravated Robbery, and now, he is facing the rest of his life behind bars. Humberto Fortanelli is still on the lamb.

And those were just some of the interesting ones I found there were many more that I could add 3-5 pages worth.

Why are all of these criminals escapes important, because if we are unable to keep our ordinary murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and other criminals in jail or prison, or even death row, how can we expect to keep individuals, terrorists, who believe they are on a holy mission against us in a jail or prison state side? Several of Gitmo’s prisoners who were released retook up arms against us.

Here is my scenario, worst or best case depending on your opinion, Obama and the Democrats have closed Gitmo and move the detainees state side, and given "their rights" and they will more then likely be given special considerations on the demands of groups like the ACLU giving them the privacy to plain and research their method of escape, after a period of time several terrorists escape, any where between 6 up to 24, and hit a soft target, most likely a school elementary or middle, why? Simple if Hamas and Hezbollah consider the children of jews legitimate targets why wouldn’t al-Qaeda. What happens after this will depend on what city this occurs in, but what happens in the public square is easy to predict, first will be the anger at the left, democrats, and Obama for allow the terrorists a chance to do this, and then the calls for the same politicians to resign or worse, then what happens will depend on who will step up after the tragedy this much I can guarantee you that no one left of George W. Bush will be trusted in government at lest for a generation possibly more.

At the vary least Obama should take a stand and say the risks to the Citizens of the United States are to high to risk bring them here, and stop this before it can happen, unfortunately I believe Obama at the very least is to chained to the far Left to do this, at the worst he is blinded by the America is bad idea.

God help us if it should happen.
